Coat of Arms

Last week, me and my classmate collaborated for a design of a Coat of Arms. We chose the school's logo with a saying we specifically liked. What I found hard was thinking of an idea of a symbol that we could put on the logo. What I enjoyed was making the logo wit another student. Next time we will add more symbols.

South Korea

WALT..Use appropriate skills and technologies to find and use a range of texts for specific purposes. Gather, evaluate and synthesise information across a range of texts. This term we have a country study activity every literacy time. I chose the country 'South Korea' because of my obsession with K-pop. Every week we do one or more activity about the country that we chose. I created a slideshow and I will add my own information about South Korea every week (for this term). What I found exciting was learning more about the country that I really like. Check out my video few posts above!

 

Symbols of the Sacraments

Last week we had to explain the meaning of 'Sacrament' and make a symbol for each of the seven sacraments. What I found hard was finding the symbols on some of the sacraments. What I found fun was drawing the symbols. Next time I will try to add more explanation to it.

Distracting Decimals

WALT..Use a range of multiplicative strategies when operating on whole numbers and fractions. This week I learned about how to order decimals. What I found fun was creating my DLO simply but smartly. What I found hard was adding more strategies that I could use to order decimals. Next time I will try to add more information.
