Trish Bowles. I enjoyed doing this short flashback because I can think of some words that are good for my sentences. Next time I could improve on adding more show not tell words. In this flashback I am Sam the Soldier. Here's my Flashback:
The Anzac Puppy
I was getting ready to bravely fight in the army in a cozy warm temperature when I passed a lonely looking puppy inside a tiny box. Unexpectedly the owner of the puppy popped into my vision. Her name was ‘Lucy’. I asked the name of this lucky puppy and she said it was ‘Freda’. I told Lucy that I will bring Freda with me in the army and bring her back looking the same.
I brought a lucky charm, I thought. My soldier-mates couldn’t figure out why would I bring a puppy in a war. I realized that the first week was easier to handle but when the banging and booming sound got louder I had to make sure that Freda was hidden. BANG,POW,Crash! Weeks, months and years passed but the annoying booming sound was still there. In my vision I can see Freda’s sick of it expression with our situation. One day I heard nothing but the wave of the wind. I saw peace on the other side of us. Finally, I brought Freda back to Lucy safe and sound.
